The role
In this role you will provide support to the Wholesale team, contributing to the growth and management of LISA YANG's wholesale operations. The role includes international contacts both internally and externally, with customers and sales agents.
This is a full-time role based at LISA YANG’s HQ in Stockholm, and you will report to the Wholesale Director.
About the role
* Assist the Wholesale team in managing and executing daily operations related to wholesale accounts and sales orders
* Assist in upload to digital online platform and creation of line sheets
* Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all client information is up-to-date and accurate
* Support the team with sales reporting, tracking performance metrics, and preparing ad hoc reports as needed, including best seller reports, end of season reports and seasonal product analysis
* General administration with selling season including appointments
* Scheduling / diary management – existing & prospects, look book & line sheet send out, chasing orders and appointment confirmations
* Follow up on asset requests
Your profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field
* Previous experience in wholesale, fashion sales, or retail management is a plus
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Apple’s iWork Suite (Pages, Numbers, Keynote) and/or Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
