1) To return an item to LISA YANG, please visit this page and fill in your order number and email address to generate a return shipping label. The return label will be downloadable as a PDF once you enter your details.
2) Please use the original packaging to return your items, including the poly bags.
3) Attach the return shipping label to the box, and drop off at any nearby Service Point. You may find the nearest Service Point by using the locator within the return portal.
4) Please allow up to 7 business days from when your return is delivered to our warehouse in Belgium for your return to be processed.
5) You will get notified vi email when your refund has been processed. Please note that we charge -75 SEK for the return shipping cost when you return or exchange your order. The -75 SEK will be deducted from the refund total. If you have paid with Klarna Invoice, your invoice will be updated to the correct outstanding amount.

Returns policy
Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Any items to return must be sent back unused and with their original packaging and hang tag. Please note that the cost of the return shipping (-75 SEK) will be deducted from the refund. This applies to both returns and exchanges.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered from its original condition in any way. In this instance, you may choose to have the item(s) sent back to you at your own expense.
Please note that any returns must be shipped with the provided shipping labels from LISA YANG. We do not accept returns shipped by any third-party shipping service by your own choice. For all Swedish orders, there is a return shipping label attached to your order inside the white envelope. For non-EU orders, please contact us on customerservice@lisa-yang.com to get your return shipping label.
We don’t accept returns or claims of LISA YANG pieces bought from other retailers or second hand sites.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the initial order and place a new order.
Claims
If you believe your order is damaged or faulty please reach out to customerservice@lisa-yang.com with your order number and photographs showing the issue.
