Returns policy

Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Any items to return must be sent back unused and with their original packaging. Please note that the cost of the return shipping (-75 SEK) will be deducted from the refund. This applies to both returns and exchanges. 


We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered from its original condition in any way. In this instance, you may choose to have the item(s) sent back to you at your own expense.



Returns with PostNord or DHL
If your package was delivered with DHL, PostNord or DPD, your return will be shipped with the same service. Please follow the below steps:

* Please advise the reason for the return by completing the attached return form to your order.

* Please use the original packaging to return your items, including the polly bags.

* Cover the original shipping label with your new return label on the outside of the package.

* Please drop off your return at your nearest DHL or PostNord service point. If you are returning with Budbee Box or Budbee Home, please refer to instructions further below instead.

* Within 7 days of receiving the return at our warehouse, the refund approval and transfer will be made. Please note that we charge 75 SEK for the return shipping cost when you return or exchange your Swedish order. The -75 SEK will be deducted from the refund total. If you have paid with Klarna Invoice, your invoice will be updated to the correct outstanding amount. 

 


Returns with BudBee
If your order was delivered with BudBee, your return will also be shipped with BudBee. No return shipping label is needed. Please follow the steps below:


* Please advise the reason for the return by completing the attached return form to your order.

* Please use the original packaging to return your items, including the polly bags.

* When returning your BudBee-order, no return shipping label is needed. Book your return via the BudBee-app or simply follow the instructions via the link in the text-message that you received from BudBee when they delivered your order. If you have any questions or can’t find your text message, please follow this detailed manual here or reach out to us on customerservice@lisa-yang.com.

* Within 5 days of receiving the return at our warehouse, the refund approval and transfer will be made. Please note that we charge 75 SEK for the return shipping cost when you return or exchange your Swedish order. The -75 SEK will be deducted from the refund total. If you have paid with Klarna Invoice, your invoice will be updated to the correct outstanding amount. 

 

Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the initial order and place a new order.

 

Claims
If you believe your order is damaged or faulty please reach out to customerservice@lisa-yang.com with your order number and photographs showing the issue.
